Phnom Penh, Cambodia / September 2025 Recently, Qualitell, a smart sanitation home appliance brand, announced that its localized sales cooperation of electric mosquito swatters with individual merchants across multiple regions in Cambodia has achieved phased success. By adapting to local household usage habits, providing cost-effective mosquito control products, and offering merchants support for in-store display and sales promotion, Qualitell electric mosquito swatters have seen continuous growth in acceptance and repurchase rates at community stores in Cambodia, emerging as an essential household sanitation product for local mosquito control.

Cambodia lies in the tropical zone with rampant mosquito activity, so the prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases have long been prioritized by households and communities. For ordinary families, traditional mosquito repellent solutions suffer from drawbacks such as short effective duration, inconvenient operation and insufficient nighttime protection. Especially in suburban areas, villages and peri-urban communities, residents demand a more direct, portable mosquito-killing tool suited for daily home use.
To address this demand, Qualitell has partnered with local individual merchants in Cambodia to introduce its electric mosquito swatters to community retail shops, small grocery stores, market stalls and household goods stores. Unlike bulk distribution through large-scale channels, this cooperation emphasizes “staying close to communities and families”. Leveraging the trusted relationships of local merchants, consumers can more easily learn about, access and purchase electric mosquito swatters for daily use.
During the partnership, Qualitell provided merchants with product training, sales materials, display guidance and basic after-sales support. After learning about product features, usage scenarios and safety precautions, shop assistants can clearly introduce how to use the swatters to customers, such as supplementary mosquito elimination in bedrooms at night, mosquito removal in kitchens, and rapid pest control on balconies and doorways. This “Brand + Local Merchant” model creates a shorter conversion journey from in-store product exposure to household adoption.
Feedback so far shows that Qualitell electric mosquito swatters perform well via individual merchant channels in Cambodia. Many shop owners report fast turnover after the product launch. Demand from household buyers surges notably during the rainy season and peak mosquito periods. Some merchants further boost purchase intent through live demonstrations, trial experiences and bundle recommendations.
This collaboration has accumulated experience for Qualitell to further expand community retail channels across Southeast Asia. Going forward, the brand plans to launch more sanitation products adapted for tropical households in Cambodia and neighbouring markets. It will keep serving household users via localized partnerships to help raise regional public health awareness and support domestic mosquito prevention.
