Qualitell’s factory for mosquito control products integrates a product R&D laboratory, reliability testing center, automated assembly lines, quality inspection workshops and warehousing & logistics centers, boasting a standardized home appliance production system. Centered on mosquito swatters, mosquito lamps and other mosquito elimination products, the factory achieves independent control over core processes, ranging from product structural design, high-voltage safety solutions and mosquito-attracting optical tuning, to injection molding, circuit soldering and finished product assembly.
In terms of R&D and testing, the factory has built a professional mosquito simulation laboratory to mimic mosquito behaviors under varied temperature and humidity conditions. It carries out thousands of cyclic tests on mosquito trapping efficiency, battery life, high-voltage safety protection and aging resistance of mosquito control products. Before delivery, it undergoes rigorous tests including high-voltage anti-miscontact test, drop test, charging safety test and grid durability test. On the production side, the factory implements full-process quality control. Every batch of finished mosquito swatters goes through power-on tests, digital display function verification and insulation safety screening. Non-conforming products are blocked directly to strictly control the finished product yield rate.
