In terms of quality management, the factory strengthens first-article confirmation, in-process inspection, and finished product testing, with traceable records for key processes. In terms of personnel management, the factory regularly conducts post training, safety training, and quality awareness training to improve employees’ standardized operation capabilities.
One supplier stated that Qualitell demonstrates clear standardized characteristics in cooperation, particularly in material abnormality feedback, production change communication, and order progress synchronization, with relatively timely response. This management style helps reduce communication costs for both parties in the supply chain.
Industry analysis suggests that for manufacturing enterprises, lean production is not an empty management methodology, but rather achieving more stable quality, higher efficiency, lower costs, and more accurate delivery through detail improvement. The management upgrading of factories like Qualitell is essentially enhancing the sustainable cooperation capability of the supply chain.
